Situated on a gentle slope overlooking the serene Slim River, Ataz Residence was set to be a trule marvel of modern architecture. Incorporated eco-friendly techniques of solar panels and rainwater harvesting systems to reduce the development’s carbon footprint. The development featured dedicated spaces for local artists to showcase their work, creating a vibrant art scene that enriched the residents’ lives; and a galley showcasing the cultural heritage and history of Slim River, paying homage to the town’s roots.
